SAN Building Maintenance CC was founded by Derek Neville Paulse, the CEO, in 2006. As part of SAN Building Maintenance CC ongoing commitment to our clients, we tailor preventative cost-efficient scheduled maintenance programs that meet industry best practice and statutory requirements. Our proven maintenance capabilities, lower client costs, reduce operational risk and fundamentally improve asset reliability and safety. SAN Building Maintenance CC has over a century of project execution and management experience. Our in-house Estimating and Project Controls teams have the know-how to deliver major projects on time and to budget. Since its inception in 2006, SAN Building Maintenance CC have become leaders in the electrical industry. Our teams of qualified electricians ensure that every job, no matter the size and complexity, is carried out in a safe and professional manner. Our trained technicians are capable of resolving the most complex of electrical issues, they have built a solid reputation within the commercial market, with client satisfaction, guaranteed.
